What phone models do you support?▾
We carry cases for every iPhone from iPhone 12 through iPhone 16 Pro Max, plus the full Samsung Galaxy S and A series. If you're not sure which model you have, check Settings → General → About on iPhone, or Settings → About Phone on Android.
How do I know my 10% donation was sent?▾
At year-end, we publish a public Giving Report on this site with the exact amounts donated to each charity and receipts to prove it. You can check our Giving page at any time to see the running totals.
Can I change which charity gets my donation after ordering?▾
Once your order is placed, the charity selection is locked in. If you'd like to support a different cause, the easiest option is to visit our Donate page and give directly.
Are these exclusive designs or available elsewhere?▾
All designs are created or curated exclusively for Phone Cases For Charity. You won't find them sold anywhere else.
What if my case doesn't fit or I'm unhappy?▾
We stand behind every case. If there's a quality issue or the fit isn't right, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
